Acceptable Use

• You may use NextGenKit to build unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the boilerplate source code.
• You may not create competing products using the source code.

Intellectual Property

NextGenKit and all associated materials are the intellectual property of NextGenKit. You retain ownership of the applications you build using the product.

Limitation of Liability

NextGenKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this product.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
