Digital Product

NextGenKit is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

7-Day Contact Window

If you experience a critical issue that prevents you from using the product, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@nextgenkit.dev. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and only in cases where we are unable to resolve the problem.
