Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NextGenKit for personal and commercial projects.

What You Can Do

• Use NextGenKit to build projects for yourself or your clients based on your purchased plan (Single Project or Unlimited Projects).
• Modify the source code to suit your needs.
• Deploy applications built with NextGenKit to any hosting provider.

What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the NextGenKit source code.
• Create a competing boilerplate or starter kit using the source code.
• Claim the original source code as your own creation.
• Share your license or access with others.

Team Licenses

Each team member who accesses the source code requires their own license. Contact us for team pricing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the source code.
